By placing an order on Dessertecia, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your order.

2. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders are honoured at the price shown at checkout.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (e.g., if a product is unavailable in your area) without prior notice - although we guarantee our dedication to ensure to avoid such refusals and cancellations.
• Order quantities may be limited per customer.

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images. However, handmade products may vary slightly in appearance from photos and in taste. Nutritional information is provided as a guide and is not guaranteed to be exact.

Our kitchen handles milk, eggs, wheat (gluten), nuts, and coconut. While we label known allergens, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of allergens. It is your responsibility to inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies before ordering.

5. Delivery

• We deliver within Chattogram Metropolitan.
• Orders have to be made within 11:59 PM of the previous day of expected delivery.
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
• A signature and verbal acknowledgment is required upon delivery.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dessertecia's total liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the price you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to: inconvenience, loss of appetite, or emotional distress from missing our desserts.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts recognized by the government of Bangladesh.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
